Detailed description: Technically lead development and deliverables of RUI and Media to meet various system requirements.
“Key Job Responsibilities:

• Understand system requirements and derive SW requirements.
• Contribute to system architecture and design.
• Technically lead a small team and ensure design/architecture and correctness.
• Develop the SW requirements as per customer requirements
• Good knowledge of Android Application, Framework layers.
• Good knowledge of Multimedia, Networking and Projection components.
• Contribute to module design and code/implement according to the design
• Understand the feature changes clearly and drive the development
• Work on both Linux and Android based systems.
• Reduce cost with a focus on re-use
• Contributed in new technology / new innovation.
• Daily scrum meetings to track the project status, and ensures blocker items are prioritized.

Critical experiences required to be ready for this job:

• 8-14 years’ experience in embedded systems development.
• Experience of system integration for automotive infotainment systems is plus
• Experience in technically leading modules and guiding small teams.
• Strong hands on expertise in:

o Middleware solution development o OS concepts like processes, threads, IPC, and multi-threading programming o C, C++ programming skills o Java, JNI programming skills is a plus o knowledge of audio/video frameworks. o Troubleshooting issues on run-time environment.

• Exposure and understanding of using the tools like Git, SVN, Jira etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good debugging skills and ability to evaluate performance to identify bottlenecks and resource constraints
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Experience on optimizing features to maximize system performance”
