- Interacting With Customers To Quickly Get To The Root Of Their Problem
- Following Up With Clients To Ensure The Problem Is Resolved.
Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Enquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions Taken.
