International BPO-Customer Care Representative

Work Location – Mohali /Chandigarh (Work from the office)

Job Description:
Willing to work in rotational work schedule and in night shifts.

Attend necessary phone calls – inbound calls.

Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer queries as soon as possible

Maintain pleasant relationships with customers

Maintain database by updating customer information on a daily basis

Exceptional English communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Efficient in achieving targets

Should be a team player

Excellent organizational skills

Must be available to work some holidays and weekends

Education and Experience

Undergraduates /Bachelor’s degree

0-1 years of experience of working as a Customer Services Representative or Call Center Representative.
