Position: Account Payable
- To handle all the Domestic Vendor payment includes Employee reimbursement & Travel.
- To handle all Import payments through IDPMS & handle all Import service payment also.
- Vendor reconciliation and preparing vendor ageing & follow-up for clearing open items.
- Vendor Advance Ageing & track on All open Advance.
- GRIR Analysis and Clearing & Preparing ageing Report for open item
- Cash flow preparation every weekly & monthly.
- Processing Custom duty payment & Monitoring Custom duty MIRO booking
- To Monitor Direct Material, Indirect Material & service invoice booking for Local & foreign vendor
- To Monitor Freight Invoice booking & payment regular basis.
- Passing bank entries related to import payment, bank charges, inter fund transfer entry on regular basis
- Monthly closing activity.
- Audit Co-ordination to close all point raised by statutory & Group auditor related to AP
