Job description:

Work experience : more than 5 years

Drive team for timely delivery of Software with Desired quality and within the budgeted effort.

Be in-line and be updated with the developments in technology, Micro controller, Chipsets.

Good testing experience – usage of test benches, debuggers and communication equipment

Very good experience on configuration management and requirement management tools

Very good communication skills

Knowledge of scripting languages (Perl / Python) is desirable.

Very good experience of automotive and engine management systems will be an added advantage.

Ensure quality deliverables in accordance with the process defined by Company process house.

Job Requirement:

SW Technical Lead(SW Pilot) with Exp on Basic SW

Design & Develop the Basic Software (Microcontroller peripheral Device drivers – ADC, SPI, I2C, PWM, EEPROM, UART, Timers etc.) & Core ( Reprog, MEM Handling, ERRM, Boot/ LIF, OS, RTOS) (4-6yrs of Exp.)

Team leading(Plan, co-ordinate with stakeholders, lead, deliver SW Releases)

SW Integration for Application releases.

Knowledge of team leading techniques, negotiation techniques, Project Management (Basic), Risk Management

Knowledge of Quote Process, lessons learned process, Root cause Analysis techniques,

Knowledge of moderation and presentation techniques

Knowledge of Automotive Product Life Cycle (PLC)

Toolset: MISRA coding guidelines, unit testing tools, Trace-32, INCA, Canalyser, debugger, CANOE, ..

Languages: Embedded C, CAPL, Python(Addon)..

Language level: English Intermediate

Programming: Expert

Intercultural experience : Advanced

Leadership responsibility: Intermediate
