Full Job Description
1. Primary Purpose: To manage the entire range of administrative operations in Bangalore.2. Major accountabilities of the positioni. Deployment and training of security personnel at all our pre-schoolsii. End to end coordination of school vans for the timely servicing and documentation as per the compliance and coordination with School Heads to resolve transportation issues, if anyiii. Ensure that all personnel working for security and transportation are aligned with the company culture and prioritize safety of childreniv. Timely maintenance, repair of the school vans, premises, infrastructure and equipmentv. To supervise the repair and maintenance work, to ensure efficiencyvi. Vendor management and procurementvii. Ensure optimum utilization of the resourcesviii. Analyze and manage any sort of asset or material movement from one pre-school to anotherix. Liaise with state administration, police, education department, property owners etc.3. Work relationsi. The position would report to the General Manager Projectsii. Work closely with Manager Operations, School Heads, vendors and personnel working in transportation, housekeeping and security at all pre-schools1. Key success factorsi. Ability to manage support staff and ensure discipline in all schoolsii. Ability to monitor and manage vehicles across the cityiii. Ability to plan ahead and manage contingenciesiv. Ability to source alternative vendors as and when required to ensure continuity of operations2. Skillsa. Technical Skills:a. Over 2 years of work experience in administration.b. Must be able to communicate in English, Hindi and KanaddaC.
