We are hiring for full-time customer service representative.

You will require to work 40 hours per week.

We Need Full-time availability Morning, Evening and Night shifts. Rotational shifts. Good Command over English.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

Assist customers with questions and problems; research and provide a resolution.

Troubleshoot issues Solve problems that may be unstructured and require use of conceptual thinking.

Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport.

Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts, as required Participate in activities designed to improve the customer service experience and business performance.

System Requirements: Wired internet. Speed 5MBPS (MINIMUM) Windows-based computer or Laptop. USB Headset.

Salary will be paid Biweekly.
