This profile is all about providing technical assistance to people on chat (no calling), and here are the requirements

1. Candidate should have good command over English language

2. Candidate will have to solve technical queries, hence he/she should have good idea about the latest technology, gadgets, appliances

3. B-Tech graduates will be given preference

4. Candidates with their own laptops will be given preference

5. Candidates with irrelevant experience/education need not apply
