Description

1) Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA.
2) Strong working knowledge on Windows Server Administration on Windows 2003, Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2016.
3) Good Hands on experience on Active Directory, Terminal Services, and group policy objects knowledge, Windows server networking and Clustering.
4) Should have good knowledge on Windows Registry, Windows Operating system Knowledge interaction of drivers, OS configuration, software component interaction etc.
5) Good knowledge Windows server patching.
6) Should be able to collaborate across products/vendors and geography to come up with a compelling solution.
7) Provide recommendations to improve and address/lead critical issues and root cause analysis.
8) Required to work in 24×7 support.

Job skills

1) 5-7 years of experience
2) Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Engineering or Relevant field
3) Vulnerability Management.
4) Tools required to perform Vulnerability Management.
5) Hands on experience on VMware – Added Advantage
6) Good Knowledge on Bladelogic (Automation Tool) – Added Advantage
