Description
The Interception/Data Disclosure Specialist focuses upon providing assistance to law enforcement agencies or maintaining security obligations as part of Vodafone’s responsibility to protect national infrastructure.They have a good understanding of established concepts and procedures of legal interception/data disclosure and follows process to ensure that Vodafone complies with legislation, policy and procedure whilst safe guarding customer�s privacy. Typically reports to the Legal Interception / Data Disclosure Manager.
Job Responsibility
- Demonstrates a good understanding of procedures and concepts through extensive experience and works effectively in delivering assigned tasks;
- Uses judgement based on research to interpret data and conduct enquiries for public bodies as required;
- Identifies risk factors and trends through data analysis and statistical interpretation, resolves problems using precedents, methods and systematic procedures;
- Documents and evaluates data to support the business needs to comply with legislation policy and procedures;
- Uses communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way preparing evidence and documentation for law enforcement agencies;
- Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
