Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Australian customers.
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication skills required in English
The candidate should have good through process
Qualification:
Graduate/Undergraduate both can apply
The candidate must have at least 6 months of work experience in an international voice process.
Should be comfortable working in night shifts
Candidate should be from nearby Gurgaon office location
Other Info:
5 Days working (with 2 rotational Week offs)
Work From Office – Gurgaon
9 hours of shift through the day (24*7)
Salary
27,000: For less than 6 months of experience
28,000: For candidates having 6-12 months of experience
29,000: For the candidates have more than 12 months of experience
Productivity bonus of INR 180 per working day for all candidate
Quarterly increment of INR 1000 on offered CTC (based on performance).
