Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Prospect and qualify new leads for educational software products.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
– Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
– Negotiate and close deals with educational institutions.
– Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
– Build and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
– Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in educational technology.
Primary Skills (Must Have):
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (relevant experience can be considered).
– Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the educational technology sector.
– Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent results.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
– Deep understanding of the Indian education system and its challenges.
– Knowledge of educational software products like University Management System, Institute Management System, and College Management System is a plus.
– Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with educational institutions.
Secondary Skills (Nice to have):
– Strategic Account Management: Experience in strategic account management, focusing on long-term relationships with key clients.
– Market Research: Understanding of market trends and conducting research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the educational technology sector.
– Competitive Analysis: Skills in conducting competitive analysis to position our educational software products effectively in the market.
– Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
– Team Collaboration: Collaborative approach to work seamlessly within the sales team and cross-functional teams.
– Presentation Tools: Proficiency in using presentation tools to enhance sales pitches and product demonstrations.
– Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
– Customer Feedback Management: Experience in collecting and managing customer feedback to drive product enhancements and customer satisfaction.
– Upselling and Cross-selling: Knowledge of strategies for upselling and cross-selling additional products or features to existing clients.
