Position Description / Skills and Experience:
Who are we looking for?

Only Female aspirants, Who are currently on a career break (minimum 1 year).

Candidates having prior relevant experience within any of the following areas: Mechanical Design, Vehicle Engineering, CATIA / Creo, Product development

Experience in Drum brakes, Wheels and Tires will be preferred

Education: Mechanical Engineering degree/ relevant skills & Experience

About ExcelHer program:
We are pleased to launch the ExcelHer program – the career returnship program at Volvo Group in India. The program is aimed for women who have been on a career break for a year or more. Volvo Group India takes this step towards empowering women by helping them to relaunch their professional journey after an absence from the workplace due to personal commitments. We have identified exciting work assignments which you can refer to in the list below.

The assignments are for a tenure of nine months. Participants of the program will have access to professional development programs, mentoring assistance by a business leader, as well as the experience of working with people from different functions, technologies and culture.
