Position Description:Job Summary:
Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for the business plan for Parts & Lubes in Region India- roll out ,monitoring, developing action plans & achieving the same on an annual basis
S(he) will be the interface between the markets in Region India and Centre of Excellence (CoE) – Parts & Logistics
S(he) networks with other Regional & Global Teams , implements the global parts concepts with relevant local adaptation
S(he) scans the market in search for new ideas- Product, Promotion,Channels to create revenue opportunities regional promotions
Work closely with Parts Product Manager – India and implement Dealer specific Schemes and Pan India Schemes
Works closely with Market Areas, Dealerships to create a strong Parts Sales team & Sales Process
S(he) will lead the Big Data Management that helps to find the New oppurtunities in increasing Parts Penetration.
S(he) acts as a brand ambassador of genuine parts – creates product USPs, tracks performance data of parts , Operating costs of machines & continuosly generates Sales arguements in close co-ordination with Product Manager(s)

Responsible for increasing the Parts and Lubes Penetration of Region India
Roll out of regional parts concepts and promotions across India, when needed with agreed local adaptations. Measuring and reporting results. Feedback on ideas and improvements.
Scanning the markets to identify areas of growth, customer segments or product ideas
Development of the Sales & Marketing Organization in Dealerships through coaching and training
Provide parts related sales information of new products in order to promote parts sales
Monitor market trends and alternate channel activity in parts business; formulate strategy; oversee execution of plans in order to achieve sales targets
Responsible for Potcal of Parts and lubes
Responsible for driving Sales through E-Commerce
Implement and monitor Parts Sales Management Process.
Support and give input to price positioning of competitive parts portfolio
Implement, report and Monitor TOD Parts Policy
Collaborate with Volvo group companies and implement best practices to increase the Parts market share
Responsible for improving the customer retention including analyzing and reporting
Responsible for:
Turnover and gross margins of Parts and Lubes.
Reporting and analysis of parts offerings, potential & sale in strongly competitive segments.
Draw conclusions and develop profitable actions

Required knowledge & experience:
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
Post graduate in Marketing accompanied by a firm understanding of engineering/technology through study or experience OR
7 years of experience in product/parts management
7 years of experience in Automobile / CE industry Technical Sales
Advanced Excel / Power BI skills
Commercial spirit
