Who are you?
You have an experience as an HRBP and want to contribute to our People and Culture strategy. You are able to navigate between short term and long-term activities, to constantly move between operational & strategic mindset. You are not afraid to steer initiatives across the Business Area and have an open and positive attitude despite uncertainties. We have also great hopes that you will grow as a People and Culture professional and take the opportunity to explore unknown competence areas that you are today not even considering such as leading governance for our business.
What are your responsibilities?
You design and drive the People and Culture priorities together with your Colleagues and Leaders. You foster innovation through anything you do and think out of the box. You work closely with leaders to help them respond in the best way to people and organizational challenges and opportunities. You work on team development journeys together with the managers and help them in building a high performing team. You are a member of the People and Culture Asia network and work on our culture transformation agenda with your energy, exploration & creativity. You provide People and Culture business partnering to the Sales, D&IT and Purchasing functions in India and work closely with VGU, CoE and People Services.
In your role of governance, you will drive continuous development of the governance for Region India and coordinate regional board meetings, Management meetings. This role provides you with an excellent platform to contribute in setting relevant focus areas and topics for BRM and management meetings. You will participate in the Regional Board meetings and contribute to efficient meeting execution. You will also play a key role in ensuring the preparation of high-quality meeting material, drafting minutes, keeping decision logs and ensuring appropriate follow-up and, as needed, escalation of certain matters.
Experience
Full time MBA and HRBP experience of 6 – 8 years with ability to drive day to day activities as well as strategic HR initiatives
A high degree of creativity and curiosity.
Understand coaching and facilitation principles to drive transformation and change in the organization.
Ability to coach and challenge Leaders.
Working knowledge of team development stages and interventions, talent management aspects and DEI.
Worked on culture transformation in matrix organization.
It is key that you have a structured and proactive approach with a high attention to details in your day-to-day work.
A strong focus on collaboration and relationship management, with a proven ability to liaise and communicate with all levels of the organization.
A curious mind-set and a willingness to drive change and continuous improvements.
Since the position has regular access to sensitive information, high integrity is essential.
