Full Job Description
Generating AGM documents, liaising with clients on signed copies, managing deadlineDo necessary internal follow-ups with the VO+ accounting team for final Un-audited Financial Statements (“UFS”)Manage and liaise with the client on passport renewals (including during AGM preparation/AR filing)Follow up with the clients to get necessary and relevant documents for any spotted discrepancies/ missing secretarial documents for any compliance-relatedFollow up with the client for the supporting documents requested by the compliance team for all compliance-related matters such as the Extra Monitoring Tasks/STR tasksGenerating Strike off documents, liaise with clients on signed copiesPerform any other ad-hoc job assignments, as and when requested by Department HeadAny other admin duties related to ACRA lodgements and calendar tasks to be performed when requested by Department HeadPerform ad-hoc duties of doing filings/ lodgements on ACRA or IRAS (as and when required)Perform daily tasks based on the assigned work plans.For interested parties, please send a copy of your resume directly to our email address.
