Job Description:
Votiko is hiring candidates for a Customer Service Executive job in Surat with an experience of 1 year(s). Candidates would be responsible for helping customers with their queries and/or sell them products. Candidates looking for Telecalling – Voice Process jobs nearby can apply directly.

– Fresher & Experienced both can apply.

– Customer Service & Support (Voice Process)
– Chat & Customer Support .
Shifts: Depends on the process (the US, UK, Night Shifts)
Salary starts from 20 k to 40 k + incentives
Job Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer queries and customers’ concerns.
– Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end-user.
– Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
– Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
– Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Location: Surat
Experience: – 1 Year to 3 Years
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
