Job Description:
Votiko is hiring candidates for a Call Center Executive job in Surat with an experience of 10 year(s). Candidates would be responsible for helping customers with their queries and/or sell them products.
Requirements
-Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
– Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
– Excellent knowledge of English
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
– Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
– Handle customer’s inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
– Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
– Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Minimum Requirement:
– Good Communication Skills
– Good Problem-solving skills over the call
– High energy level
Qualifications-Any Graduate
Location: Surat
Experience :- 0 Year to 3 Years
Salary: 20,000 to – 40,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday
