Job Description: 
We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to educate our support, sales and customer service teams. Customer Service Trainer responsibilities include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires. If youre familiar with teaching soft skills like negotiation and problem-solving, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will make sure our customer service representatives develop their skills and successfully address clients needs.
Responsibilities
– Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
– Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
Team management experience
-Coaching and communication skills
-Minimum of 1 years experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Manager
-Experience within customer services
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
-Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
-Energetic and motivating individual
-Creative thinking
Location: Surat
Salary: 15,000 to – 25,000 /month
Working Days- Monday to Saturday
