We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to educate our support, sales and customer service teams Customer Service Trainer responsibilities include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires. If youre familiar with teaching soft skills like negotiation and problem-solving, wed like to meet you. Ultimat you will make sure our customer service representatives develop their skills and successfully address clients needs.
Responsibilities:-
– Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
– Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Teach and train team members on various customer service strategies
– Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
Location:- Surat
Experience :- 1 Year to 3 Years
Salary:- 15,000 to – 35,000 /month
Working Days- Monday to Saturday
