Job Description:
Excellent Communication Skills required for international voice calling process.
– 0- 2 years call centre experience.
– Freshers with good customer service skills would be preferred.
– 5 days working culture (Monday to Friday).
– Night Shift (6:30pm to 4:00 am).
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Handling inbound / outbound calls
2. Handling their queries
3. Handling stock
4. Maintaining excel sheet
5. Checking with the delivery boy
6. Handling calls, emails etc
