Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for design developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This individual will oversee all digital marketing efforts, including google ads,email marketing, social media,search engine optimisation, content marketing, and website management. The ideal candidate will be creative and driven with a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including google ads,email marketing, social media, content marketing, and website management.
• Create a social media strategy to drive brand awareness, social following and inbound traffic & leads through organic social media.
• Ideate, contribute & collaborate with other team members & freelancers for content & creatives
• Drive SEO rankings for organic results by working with 3rd party vendors, frelancers etc.
• Engage & contribute in relevant conversations on social platforms or discussion threads in forums & groups with subtle mentions for our Saas products to drive relevant traffic.
• Create & execute out-of-box strategies for content virality
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Track and stay head of the competition

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM
• Experience with website management and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
