Responsibilities and Requirements of the role:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Prepare six weeks rolling plan for pull customers (Customers serviced from go downs).Co-ordinate for preparation of MRP
• Ensure JIT supply of products to meet daily requirements
• Follow up with Head Office for specific customer requirements
• Follow up with OEM and collect payments for supplies made
• Provide periodic reports to Head Office on quality issues
• Track competitor information
• Collection of receivable outstanding for Key Accounts
• Interaction with OEMs for obtaining approval for new product introduction
• Make sure to reach sales and out performance targets.
• Ensure timely price negotiation with customer on our product lines.
• Establish good customer relationship and a good service level for all different customer levels / Maintain and enhance customer relationships within TML
• Maintain detailed forecasts and sales plan.
• Escalation point of contact for TML.
• Ensure WABCO’s organization is responsive to customer needs and expectations.
