Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual maintenance plan including unscheduled overhauls for each contract in the assigned area.
• Prepare maintenance budget and follow up on the assigned budget and agreed actions.
• Plan the resources and competencies for the execution of work orders according to the contract and maintenance plan.
• Ensure the quality of the maintenance plan and planning process by communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain maintenance plan and relevant records in the maintenance management system.
• Follow-up executed and/or postponed maintenance tasks.
• Manage relevant inventories.
• Support other Maintenance Planning Centres.
• Train maintenance management system for relevant employees.
• Support relevant stakeholders in the Area in maintenance and inventory management-related issues.
• Create and maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Report the findings to own line management and respective area contract management organisation
• Implement a Maintenance Management system for new Plants
