Branch Manager- East will have total responsibility for Sales in the given geographical area for directly selling company’s products and other equipment introduced by the company. He/she Will be reponsible for achieving the sale and growth Budget. He/She will need to manage a sales force, assign territories and accounts to Sales representatives in order to achieve sales targets within an allocated expenses budget.
Additional responsibilities include sales administration, customer support, coaching, sales promotion ,logistics and Compass compliance.
+ + Should be directly involved in all major accounts and prospects.
Development of new business opportunities.
Monitors regional sales performance on an ongoing basis, initiating corrective action as required.
Co-ordinate with Service Department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the development and implementation of pre-sales support program for particular product ranges.
Should be aware of competitive products and services and provide technical advice and assistance to the Sales team.
Responsible for execution of marketing programs in the assigned regions.
Establish and demonstrate high standard of performance and work culture.
Maintain adequate market coverage by ensuring field sales staff including your travel in the field as per agreed norms.
Prepare prompt and accurate sales documentation – to demonstrate the administrative skills necessary for the position and to perform these functions in a clear, neat, timely and accurate manner.
Prepare key account support strategy in association with the service department and ensure its proper and timely implementation.
Counsel, train and guide direct reports to drive organization plans for achieving sales goals. Coaches sales representatives on selling skills and targeting of accounts. Shares personales selling experiences in a way that motivates others and teaches applicable skills.
Hire, train, set goals and monitor performance of sales representatives and direct reports.
Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth.
Strategize sales plans for short- and long-term objectives.
Inform on regional competitive activities and overall marketplace on time.
Ensure Compliance in data management and execution of orders. Quotation from CRM, Compass data management, quality order forwarding, ensuring payment collection and implementing strategy at regional level.
Post Graduate with at least 12 yrs of Sales & Marketing experience.

Team management experience of at least 6-8yrs
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
Familiarity with CRM software (SFDC), compass and SAP
