Job description

We have urgent opening for Accountant, Accounts Assistant for Rudrapur Location.

• Providing support to the Accounting Department.

• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.

• Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

• Preparing financial reports.

• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

• Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, budgeting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations ,fixed asset activity, debt activity etc .

• Knowledge of GST.

. Cash counting & cash submission.
