We’re seeking Sales Champions to join our team at our corporate office in Gurgaon. To be successful in this role you need to show loads of initiative and a drive to contribute to a team producing outstanding work.
Responsibilities:
· Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to product demonstrations, negotiation and execution of closing strategies, to the final stage of bringing new clients onboard.
· You will be responsible for the entire sales process within a region.
· Drive revenue growth through consultative sales and development of strategic proposals.
· Craft strategic proposals to generate sales pipeline.
· Create and manage a sales funnel of opportunities from start-to-finish and track in CRM.
· Collaborate with Marketing, Account managers, and Category Teams on operational strategy, and execution of strategic targets.
· Educate customers on our offerings and evangelize key wins.
· Create a high-level network for events and follow-up.
· Break into new lines of business groups within the defined Accounts.
Requirements
· B Tech Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum Experience 2 years in Automobile/Engineering/ Polymer
· Good Communication
· Generate quality leads to expand our customer base
· Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
· Position our company as the category and industry leader
· Bachelor’s degree in business or management
· Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
· Working experience with sales techniques
· Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
· Experience selling to C-suite, Procurement Teams and Strategizing business growth.
