What you’ll be doing

Providing extraordinary customer experience through voice, email, chat channels to change or modify existing travel bookings using a GDS system Sabre/ Amadeus

Working towards consistently achieving and exceeding set targets

Ensuring first contact resolution at all times

Protecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting any issues that you are made aware of by using the correct processes

Seamlessly multi-tasking, accessing and switching between tools and platforms to ensure you are able to give the most accurate and complete service possibly

What you’ll need

Graduate

Minimum 2 year of experience working on an international campaign in a contact centre environment

Must have experience in travel using GDS Sabre/ Amadeus

Fluency in English spoken and written language

Attention to detail

Availability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment including night shifts

Clear credit and criminal records
