Position: Telecaller
Location: Faridabad (on site)
Experience-Fresher
Salary- As per industry standard
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our products and services.
2. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
4. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Strong verbal communication skills.
2. Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
3. Previous experience in telemarketing or telecalling is a plus.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
