Job Title: Personal Assistant

Salary: 10k to 25k

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented personal assistant to support a busy individual. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing email and phone correspondence, and organizing personal and professional files
• Assist with personal errands and tasks and making reservations
• Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, ground transportation, and itinerary planning
• Manage expenses and reconcile financial statements
• Act as a liaison between the individual and their contacts, including friends, family, and business associates
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the individual

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a related field
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours as needed
