2) Job Description:

We are looking for someone who must have at least 4 years of experience on Facebook ads and Instagram ads, preferably at a marketing agency with multiple mid-sized clients. Someone who actually understands digital ads holistically and knows the levers available for creating results. Hands-on experience for managing social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating media plans
• Ads strategies for a specific channel
• Auditing ad accounts
• Analyzing performance and finding improvement areas
• Presenting the strategies and results to clients and planning ahead with them
• Creating processes for continuous improvement in our delivery results
• Coordinating with Creative team
• Organic Social Media Management along with Paid ads.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns & social media strategy
• Proven track record in managing social media channels and driving traffic to company portals
• Should have knowledge and ability to understand user behavior on digital platforms.
• The creative production experience, with an emphasis on video, social, and display-rich media for mobile and desktop platforms.

Skills:

• Good hands-on experience on Facebook ads & Instagram ads
• Analytically sharp to analyze and find good insights
• Understand all social media platforms to maximize organic reach
• Being able to understand a brands message and copy
• Extremely good listener and Clear communicator
• Confident about strategies but still keen to learn more
• Good written communication
• Being able to manage multiple priorities at once
