Weekday Hiring for Founder’s Office at Remote Full Time
Hi, I am Chetan, cofounder & CPO of Weekday. I am looking for someone who can work with me directly on projects most important to me. The type and scope of these projects can vary depending on my what is my focus at that time. Broadly, this role will be 30% coding, 30% product, 40% operations, and 100% ownership of the problem statements you are taking up.
Possible initial projects
Our candidate dashboard https://jobs.weekday.works/ How to get hundreds of candidates applying to our partner jobs? If they apply, can we ensure we are able to send these candidates to these companies within a TAT of 1 day? What about bad-fit candidates?
Scheduling – the most difficult aspect of recruiting. Neither of candidates and companies are proactive enough while scheduling interviews. 50% of good candidates get dropped off because of this manual glitch. How to solve it?
Solving both these issues would be a mix of tech, product and operations. Which is why it is not trivial.
