At Weekday, we are building the next frontier in hiring, transforming the way companies are
recruiting with the help of superior sourcing technologies.
The internship would entail pitching Weekday to prospective leads, being able to prospect leads
to eventually assist the Key Account Management in maintaining a healthy pipeline of
candidates to place at various companies. The role is tedious, but crucial to the overall health of
the company. Interns will be able to learn end-to-end processes surrounding talent acquisition,
and also contribute at the ground level of an early stage startup.
Please Note: The internship is a track to help convert interns to full-time employees. The
expectation is a full time commitment on a daily basis& is work from home. Candidates
with 0-1 year of experience to apply only, training will be conducted.
Duration of internship : 6 months.
Expectations from the Ops (Onboarding/Calling) Intern:
Conduct cold outreach to candidates and convert them into prospective leads for partner
companies.
Create and practice targeted pitches for partner companies – be able to know which
candidates are a good fit for which company
Learn and assist with sourcing efforts to enrich candidate pipeline for partner companies
Qualifications:
Interest in the recruitment and HR space and prior experience with client facing and
sales roles are preferred.
Goal oriented individual who will be able to visualize personal contribution on the entirety
of the system.
Want to work in a startup environment where ownership of work is the norm, not merely
task completion.
