About the role:
Wells Fargo’s Information & Cyber Security (ICS) group is looking for a highly motivated leader for its Identity and Access Management (IAM) Access Operations group.

The IAM operations delivery organization comprises of:

• Provisioning and De-provisioning of Active Directory domain users
• Privileged Accounts maintenance and sustainability
• Level 2/3 production Support of IAM systems

Each of the above groups may have functional delivery leaders in place who in turn will report in to the IAM operations Leader. The manager role will have dual reporting line in to the lead of EIS IAM operations leader in India/Manila and to the group leader at the IAM US.

Responsibilities:

• Manager managing a team of 10-12 security analysts who provisions and de-provisions access in Applications and Platforms.
• Act as SME for Active Directory.
• Oversee day to day operations of the team.
• Manager tasks of teams in provision/de-provisioning/certifications
• Contribute to the strategic initiatives and best practices of EAM operations organization at the enterprise level
• Oversee a team of 12+ of team members through the direct reports
• Plan, measure and monitor health of operations and team with KPIs, KRIs.
• Lead initiatives like predictive trend analysis, continuous improvement thru automations and cross trainings. Come up with peak and non-peak flexible staffing guidance.
• Manage shift roasters and on-call support schedules.
• Partner with senior stakeholders in the business to influence project outcomes and investments.

• Budget and forecast financial needs
• Responsible for recruitment, performance management, team development, functional delivery and handling escalations
• Accomplish results by communicating job expectation, planning, monitoring, appraising job results and coaching
• Accountable for forecasting, capacity planning, building high performing teams and monitoring the success of integrated service delivery.
• Ensure smooth delivery of projects/ operations with strong focus on quality and value creation for the organization/enterprise.
• Keeps abreast of latest information security trends specific to Banking & financial services industry
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards , analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems

Market Skills and Certifications

Required Qualifications:

• 11+ years of technology/information security experiencewith minimum 8 years of Information Security/IAM and 4+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Expertise in leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) managed services delivery or operations.
• Experience in managing security, provisioning of Active Directory general and privilege accounts.
• Experience handling technical issues with the provisioned objects. Good understanding of how on premises Active Directory works overall in terms of trusts, replication, sites and services.
• Experience handling Cyber Ark requests.
• Expertise in global service delivery in information security domain
• Expertise in information security industry and regulatory standards, policies, procedures and control systems
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and program management skills.
• Effective verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant Technology /Engineering discipline
• Industry certification like CISSP, CISM, CRISC in good standing for over 1 years

Desired Qualifications

:

• Managed service delivery certifications like ITIL, Six Sigma will be beneficial
• Information Security leadership experience in US Banking organization. Alternately, IAM implementation and managed services delivery experience in technology consulting companies with experience in US banking sector
