In this role, you will:

• Provide operational and customer support for lifecycle tasks for institutional trades
• Assist with securities settlement services, general ledger reconciliation and work to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Co-ordinate with counterparties to resolve trade settlement issues.
• Receive direction from manager and exercise judgment within defined parameters of the area while developing understanding of various functions, policies and procedures
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Responsible for working on DTC & FED securities settlement queries and ensuring timely settlement of trades.
• Working on cash & position reconciliations to ensure all books & records are balanced at end of day.

Required Qualifications, US:

N/A

Required Qualifications, International:

• Experience in Institutional Investment Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience in Investment banking operations, trade settlements for different markets, reconciliations of accounts.

Desired Qualifications:

• MBA with B.Com background.
• Sound understanding of Trade Life Cycle & Investment Banking Operations
• Proficient in MS Excel & Power Point
• Working experience of DTCC, BDC, Broadridge Applications.
