In this role, you will:

• Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives

• Be responsible to manage the maintenance / enhancement of Alfresco.

• Strong technology background, good understanding of system interactions and articulate product capabilities to application owners

• Strong project management, communication, and marketing skills

• Be responsible for overall product management and strategic focus for complex/diverse major product line(s)/services

• Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value.

• Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.

• Review requirements and build the test scenarios/test scripts independently.

• Work with process owners and business teams and perform testing, help with test coordination, defect reporting etc.

• Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.

• Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met.

​ Required Qualifications:

• 4 + years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Alfresco developer experience (Must have)

• Experience is BPMN, process modelling

• Must have experience in workflow automation tools

• Metric dashboard visualization, preferably ELK
