Capital Markets Technology portfolio consists of Technology solutions for Primary Markets /Investment Banking/GIB Municipal Products/Asset Backed Finance, various Secondary Markets Trading verticals (like Equities, Fixed Income, and Commodities etc.) and Institutional Investor Services (like Prime Brokerage, Futures Commission Merchant Services). Technology group is also organized as cross product horizontals (including Electronic Trading Services, Risk & Compliance Services, and Funding, collateral and liquidity management and Operations technology).

About the Role

Wells Fargo Government & Institutional Banking supports more than 4,000 government, education, nonprofit, and healthcare clients across the United States. The firm organizes specialized commercial banking and capital markets teams under one business, offering an integrated approach to provide the most value for its clients. Government Banking serves federal, state, county, and city governments, government agencies and authorities, municipal utilities, school districts, and specialty public sectors such as public power, housing, finance, and transportation. The Education and Nonprofit group serves colleges, universities, 501(c) organizations, foundations, endowments, and national nonprofits. Healthcare Financial Services serves nonprofit hospitals systems, nonprofit healthcare insurers, and academic medical centers.

We are looking for a senior developer individual contributor for DocForce Technology team in India. This role will primarily focus on delivering technology solutions and support Investment Banking suite of applications. This role will have to work closely with several stakeholders including Primary markets business teams, US technology, QA and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Individual Contributor role in DocForce technology team in India
• Deliver technology solutions leveraging the suite of application in IB area
• Collaborate effectively with all the stakeholders including IB business teams, technology, QA and support teams
• Follow EASP process diligently during Production releases
• Ensure CI/CD pipeline is enabled across the IB suite of applications and followed diligently
• Coordinate well with the support team to ensure production outages are handled effectively within the stipulated SLAs
• Look for opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the IB suite of applications

Essential Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in developing enterprise software solutions.
• Hands on experience in .Net framework, ASP.Net, Angular and SQL Server.
• 1+ years of experience in developing applications using Angular 2/6/8
• Good understanding of Object Oriented development, design patterns and optimized search algorithms.
• Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are required for the timely resolution of complex technical issues
• Ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at robust designs

Desired Qualifications

• Should have good skills with build and deployment tools (Team Build, Jenkins, Udeploy)
• Should be able to define and manage multiple application environments (SIT, QA, production, DR)
• Will need to work with multiple teams like Infrastructure, Development, App Support, QA, DBA etc. to design and implement solutions.
