Managing Offline Customer Experience:
1. Managing customer site visit experience is to the best possible standards.
2. Ensuring Sales office is made presentable at all times
3. Creating the sales pitch per each project & Training the Sales team on delivering the pitch
4. Creating a very welcoming experience for the customers at each sales site
5. Designing the customer walk-through process and ensuring the process is followed
6. Designing and collecting customer feedback on each visit
7. Analyzing and creating meaningful insights from customer data
8. Be the Brand Evangelist and explore ways to create maximum visibility and goodwill for each of Client’s brand
9. Build relationships with vendors/ partners to manage the Customer experience on site
10. Coordinate with the design/ digital marketing teams to send out effective messaging
11. Be genuinely interested in end-buyer/ customer’s experience and take always and constantly strive to improve the same
12. Creating excitement and an enthusiastic atmosphere at the Sales Office
Managing Online Customer Experience:
1) Promoting project through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at property level and at a corporate level
2) property management, as well as updating and managing social media profiles
3) Maintaining accurate information on company website, and designing promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives
4) Providing guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures, and monitoring and following up on specific tasks and project deliverables
5) Innovate and develop new strategies with clear action plans & outcomes to expand and diversify opportunities for revenue growth.
6) Experience in writing briefs creating marketing/strategy plans and budgets
7) To interact and maintain a healthy relationship with the client
8) Advising on forthcoming projects developments and discussing special promotions Schemes.
9) Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment.
10) Work with a team of Content Writer, Designers and Digital.
11) Strong leadership and management skills.
12) Develop, manage & maintain client and its brands’ website, app, landing pages, and associated content for brand building and lead generation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
