Job Description
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, letters and documents
Update internal databases with new hire information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Publish and remove job ads
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Develop training and onboarding material
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
Perform and provide documentation of employees for exit policies
Perform appraisal and conduct monthly review and ratings for employees performance and communicate the same to employees and managers
Office supply management
Maintaining services in the office to and for benefits of employees
HR Vendor tie ups and maintaining their details along with documents
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of Human Resources work experience.
Strong quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team-oriented individual who interacts with and supports team members
Must be able to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
Must have a strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, keep others informed on work progress and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
