Job Description

Senior IT Asset Management System Analyst – JD

Ensure effective management, compliance and control of global IT assets throughout their lifecycle by designing and implementing actionable strategies and maintaining accurate and holistic solutions that facilitate maximum return on investment and minimizes compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities
Manages, develops and continuously improves global ITAM processes to improve customer experience, enhance productivity, minimize liability and achieve savings.Interfaces with customers, professional groups and corporate teams to maintain and improve collaborative processes.Issue ITAM reports regularly.Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s current best practices and established standards.Ensures ITAM operational processes are in place.Ensures that all required hardware information is entered into an ITAM repository and ensures that data is up-to-date, accurate, and auditable.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in asset management systems.Highly skilled and experienced with Microsoft Excel.Good understanding and in-depth knowledge of PC asset lifecycle processes.ITSM familiarity.

Industrial Engineering and Management – advantageITAM certificates – advantage
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in an Enterprise IT unitExperience working with inventory systemsExperience working opposite global teams
