Minimum 8 – 12 years experience working with Network Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Network Security.
Ability to manage a high-performance team of network engineers to deliver on local/regional initiatives, and holding every team member to deliver at high efficiency.
Excellent documentation skills that can clearly articulate technical designs, issues and constraints.
Good presentation and communication skills regarding technical and non-technical concepts.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish professional working relationships with varying levels of both business and technical personnel.
Understand global network standards/processes and drive local/regional implementations.
Own and provide leadership support during major local/regional network outages or high profile network projects.
Manage, plan, and communicate with global management teams to gain acceptance and delivery of solutions regionally.

Qualifications

Good understanding of network design practices from small office to large campus
Comprehension of network security isolation and protection mechanisms
Understanding of leadership concepts as they pertain to mentoring and managing for performance
Demonstrated performance in a large-scale enterprise technical work environment with minimum of 6 – 8 years of direct industry experience in Network Routing and Switching, Wireless, and Network Security
Experience working in an operations and engineering team for a minimum of 8 – 10 years
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge in Network Routing and Switching, Wireless, Firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NTP, VOIP, etc.
