The team you will be a part of
The HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization’s legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.
This role in summary
To ensure utmost welfare facilities for all employees creating a harmonious atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include
o Employee Welfare : Best In- Class
▪ Ensures quality standards of employee welfare services.
▪ Maintains zero grievances against services offered by employee welfare
▪ Ensures vendors for canteen, transportation, medical services etc are complying with statutory regulations
through regular checks and audits.
▪ Maintains up to date knowledge and information on employee welfare and benefits within manufacturing
industry and keeps abreast of statutory laws
▪ Provides critical inputs for canteen, transportation, uniform and medical services.
▪ Monitors and evaluates the performance of welfare services and provides appropriate feedback and takes
corrective actions.
▪ Establishes employee welfare related systems and procedures e.g. uniform, ambulance etc to ensure effective
delivery of services.
▪ Responsible for OHC/ Dispensary in the factory.
▪ Keep track upon any issues and concerns detected and Inform the concerned authority and the reporting
manager.
▪ Provide timely support to all employees for Company’s mediclaim policy.
▪ Review and renew any/ all mediclaim / health policies.
▪ Maintain necessary documents and records of mediclaim and health center
o HR Processes
▪ Responsible for sourcing and recruiting the best talent and facilitating a high performing environment by
leveraging their full potential.
▪ Ensuring the employee training and development initiatives.
▪ Partner Mid year and Annual performance management of Staff.
▪ Responsible for all aspects of people motivation, Reward & Recognition etc.
o Audits & Inspections – Zero non-compliances
▪ Preparations as per audit requirements & Inspections.
▪ Prepare for Statutory, Governments & Internal audits, ISO audits, visit compliances.
▪ Work as Pillar Specialist in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) for People Development/HR Pillar.
▪ Engage and involve all employees as per WCM route map to achieve plant goals
▪ Work towards consistently improving compliance based on audit remarks.
Minimum requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS – PG
Certification – MSW, MPM, MLL Certified Welfare Officer
Experience – 6-10 years
Preferred skills and experiences
TECHNICAL
● Extensive knowledge of Labour laws
● People management skills
● Coordination with CFTs
● Problem-solving
● Planning and organizing
● Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.
