Wiggles India is hiring a Customer Care Executive, with the ability to manage and analyze customer purchasing habits, returns, and complaints to make adjustments to their customer care strategy as necessary.
The job description usually entails answering customers’ phone calls to take appointments, resolve complaints, and to answer queries. It could also be to provide general information to customers.
The customer service executive is mostly responsible for attending to customer’s needs and complaints to the best of their ability.
