  • Assist the employees/managers/HRBPs with their queries

Vendor Management

  • Perform error analysis and identify the need for refresher training or changes in the process checklists
  • Take ownership of the process documents and checklists and ensure that these are up to date at all times. Review process documents for any potential gaps in the process
