- Answer HR related queries raised by the business
- Understand the attendance system and the policies/ statutory requirements for India employees
- Assist the employees/managers/HRBPs with their queries
Vendor Management
- Perform error analysis and identify the need for refresher training or changes in the process checklists
- Take ownership of the process documents and checklists and ensure that these are up to date at all times. Review process documents for any potential gaps in the process
