• Conceptualize and develop innovative motion graphics for a wide range of projects, including promotional videos, advertisements, explainer videos, social media content, and more.
• Create storyboards, sketches, and visual mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Design and animate visual elements, typography, and graphics using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure motion graphics align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences.
• Collaborate with video editors to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects, ensuring visual consistency and coherence.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics design to continually improve skills and stay ahead of industry standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall quality of visual content produced by the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure project requirements are met.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative motion graphics projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual design concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of motion graphics design.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the desired results.
• Knowledge of video editing and compositing techniques is a plus.
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation is desirable but not required.
