Should have handled Central/ Government Clients in Telecom Domain.
Understanding of Key Account Management
Relationship with key decision makers in Govt. agencies
Experience in New Client Acquisition/Client servicing
Pre RFP engagement
Intensive market research with focus on expanding the company’s customer base and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
Individual gross profit/traffic responsibility from new account acquisition.
