· Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
· Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers.
· Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
· Handle the Existing Customers
· Manage all the back office work related to CRM.
· Handle Post-Sales process i.e. preparing agreements, formalities required for registration of the agreements, generate Demand Letter, NOCs required by banks e.t.c.
· Fix-Up Registration dates with clients
· Create database of existing clients as well as new client to send email & cold calling about new & ongoing projects.
· Handle Customer Grievances, Complaints.
· Ensure on time recovery from customers by follow ups, meetings.
