Job Description:
§ Daily reconciliation and petty cash management.
§ Updating account balance for availability of funds & funds transfer.
§ Recording collection details (online & offline) and verifying bank statement from Project Sites.
§ Assisting inTDS calculation for payroll, monthly/quarterly returns, follow up on TDS Certificates and TDS payments of Flat Holders.
§ Assisting GST payable entries, monthly working of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, reversal calculation and GST Audit , etc.
§ Monthly attendance & payroll finalization for onroll & offroll employees in coordination with Human Resources department.
§ Payroll entries in ERP Tally, PF/ESIC/PT compliance and entire salary updation & disbursement formalities.
§ Preparing Professional Tax return sheet for payments.
§ Preparing monthly collection & expenses sheet.
§ Assisting in entire accounts receivable & payable function.
§ Maintaining ledger for contractors Billing & Payment transactions.
§ Maintaining various ledgers and cross verifying the same with relevant supporting.
§ Maintaining various expense sheets in excel
§ Handling of notices & demands from various official authorities.
§ Managing entire function from data entry to finalization.
§ To assist in Completing the Internal and Statutory Audit and provide necessary details as may be required by the Auditors.
Desired Skill Set:
§ Excellent domain knowledge – Financial management concepts, Accounting Standards, Taxation & Laws, Accounting Software’s (ERP Tally 9), etc.
§ Good analytical & report making skills.
§ Excellent IT Skills, communication & inter personal skills.
Experience: 2-3 years
Education: B.Com / M.Com
