Description
This position is in Wipro Insights/Knowledge team. It provides highquality, impactful and analytical deliverables on assigned projects thatenable Wipro practitioners build client relationships, win pursuits andstrengthen the brand and reputation of Wipro’s BFSI vertical(Banking / Securities & Capital Markets / Insurance) in the market.It will include • Research, analysis and insight support to majorpursuits • Thought provoking analysis and understanding of thespecific vertical (or topic of the assigned project, as applicable),with responsibility for the execution of initiatives based on a goodknowledge of the domain’s/topic’s dynamics and drivers. •Supporting engagement with stakeholders and internal customers toprovide a clear perspective on the business issues, challenges andopportunities available to them in the market, through impactfulresearch and analysis on the implications of those trends for Wipro andits clients.
It involves development and understanding of consulting and thedomain specific solution practices and being a supporting team member inclient engagements during one of more of the client delivery lifecyclestages. Principal Responsibilities – Analyze, and understandclient priorities through requirements gathering & elicitationdocuments – Support data collection and analysis on a stream ofwork – Support building core documentation & manuals required( project documents; installation and operating guidelines) – Learn & eventually execute functional tests and evaluateresults to ensure accuracy of solution – Help build subject matterexpertise in the area of specialization ( Product/Process)
– Steer Business Value Meter initiative which focuses on new-agetechnologies such as Internet of Things, Cloud, Digital, Block Chain andAutomation. – Work on strategic theme initiatives of Customer AdvocacyGroup. – Plan CQO client connects to enhance customer satisfaction,especially in MG/KG accounts. – The candidate must have goodcommunication skills, a positive attitude, able to take ownership anddeliver results. – The candidate must be self-driven, passionate,analytical, problem solver with a technical as well as functional bentof mind. – He/she should possess strong organizational and time-management skills and have the ability to multi-task.
Knowledge Must Have – Bachelor of Science from a recognizedUniversity – MS office tools including Visio / PPT / Word / Excel Preferred – Engineering Degree, Master’s Degree or MBA (inrelated fields) Behavioral Competencies – EffectiveCommunication – Collaborative Working – Problem Solving – LearningAgility
