Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for answering incoming live chats from customers and assisting on a variety of topics including sales
Responsible for managing self performance with high quality standards
Responsible for cross-sell, up-sells and value add sell on line
Responsible for responding in an efficient and professional manner.
Handles and resolves customer complaints; identifies and escalates priority issues.
Build a strong personal customer rapport and establish engagement to drive positive customer experience
Ensures compliance with all company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent spoken & written Communication skills as per the ‘GRADE A’ mentioned below.
- You must be able write 30 to 35 words per minute using a computer keyboard
- Expert in using MS Excel, Internet and Intranet Resources
- Highly self-motivated to achieve high standards in both quantity and quality
- Ability to prioritise tasks appropriately and recognise when issues need escalation
- Experience in selling using online media
Additional Skills:
- Ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, reacting positively to change and adapting new processes quickly
- Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment, working together to deliver the teams objectives
- Min. 1 years of handling customer service process experience in service industry
- Appropriate system navigation skills and experience working in a Service environment
